There is no single answer that applies to all cases. Some people see sales the day they connect their products to Google Merchant Center or turn on their ads, though this is not the majority. For most it takes 2-3 weeks to see the first sale come in and for others it can take more. There are also some people that never see a single sale because they either give up or do not change/adapt their strategy.

It's important to understand that, like any business venture, there is no guarantee of any level of success with this business model. This program exists to give you the highest possible chance of success but is not a guarantee of anything.

This is largely up to you and how much time you actually have. Building the business on the front end takes the most time and effort. I built the business in this course from scratch in less than a month spending roughly 2-3 hours per day working on it (I also recognize it will take beginners longer). I strongly believe that if you have 3-4 hours per day, you can get up and running within a month. This will obviously vary from person to person depending on how effective you actually are while working (phone distractions, procrastination, etc.).

Once the business is built and running, part of the time commitment will be based on customer demand which is unpredictable but generally not very time consuming at all (less than 1 hour per day, if that). The other much larger part will be how much time you want to spend optimizing, improving, and scaling (i.e. improving product pages, getting more suppliers, developing your SEO). This part is completely up to you.
